Information we collect
To provide shipping services we collect the information needed to move a shipment and communicate about it: names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers of senders and recipients; shipment contents, values and customs details; tracking events; payment details (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us); and correspondence with our support team.
When you use the website we also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the referring site, through server logs and cookies.
How we use information
We use personal information to book, transport, clear and deliver shipments; to produce labels, invoices and customs declarations; to provide tracking and proof of delivery; to answer enquiries and handle claims; to prevent fraud and secure our systems; to comply with legal, customs and tax obligations; and, with your consent, to send service updates and offers.
Who we share it with
Shipping requires sharing information with the parties that carry, clear and deliver your shipment: airline, ocean and trucking carriers, customs brokers and government customs authorities, and delivery partners in the destination country. We also use service providers for payment processing, email, hosting and analytics under contracts that limit their use of the data. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Because shipments cross borders, shipment data is transferred to carriers and authorities in the destination country. Where those countries do not provide equivalent protection, we rely on contractual safeguards with our partners.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for security and to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; essential features may then not work.
Retention
Shipment records are kept for as long as required for customs, tax and claims purposes, typically seven years. Enquiries that do not lead to a shipment are kept for up to two years. Technical logs are kept for up to twelve months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email support@trackfix.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, staff training and regular reviews of our systems and partners. No method is completely secure; if a breach affects you we will inform you as the law requires.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
