Services

Parcel Shipping

Documents, boxes and small pallets to any address in the United States or abroad. Choose Economy, Standard or Express, print your label and follow the parcel from the first scan to the signature.

Overview

Simple parcel shipping with a clear price

Every parcel quote is built from three things: the zone it travels to, its chargeable weight and the speed you choose. We show transport, fuel and any surcharge separately, so the price you see is the price you pay. Duties and taxes for international parcels are set by the destination and billed separately.

What is included

Three speeds, one standard of care

Economy

The lowest price for parcels that are not time-critical. Ground within North America and consolidated air abroad.

Standard

Our most popular option: dependable transit at a fair price, with delivery windows you can plan around.

Express

Priority handling on the fastest available routing, next business day within the United States on most lanes.

Good to know

Packing and labelling

Use a sturdy box with at least two inches of cushioning around the contents, seal every seam with packing tape and attach the label flat on the largest face. For international parcels add the commercial invoice in a pouch on the outside. Restricted items such as lithium batteries, aerosols and perishables need a note at booking so we can route them correctly.
