Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use the Track Fix website or book shipping services with Track Fix Logistics LLC.
Last updated: September 2026
1. The agreement
These terms, together with the booking confirmation and our refunds and claims policy and privacy policy, form the contract between you and Track Fix Logistics LLC for each shipment. By booking you confirm that you have authority to ship the goods and accept these terms.
2. Quotes and prices
Online estimates are indicative. The price is confirmed at booking and may be adjusted if the measured weight, dimensions or destination differ from those declared. Prices exclude import duties, taxes and destination brokerage, which are billed at cost. Surcharges are listed on the rates page.
3. Your responsibilities
You must describe the goods accurately, declare their true value, pack them suitably for the mode of transport, provide correct addresses and contact details, and disclose any restricted or dangerous goods. You are responsible for compliance with export and import rules and for any costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Prohibited items
We do not carry illegal goods, undeclared dangerous goods, firearms and ammunition, live animals, human remains, currency, precious metals in bulk, counterfeit goods or any item prohibited by the origin, transit or destination country. We may open and inspect any shipment and refuse or return prohibited goods at your cost.
5. Transit times and delivery
Transit times are estimates in business days from pickup and are not guaranteed except where an Express refund is expressly offered. We may deliver to a neighbour, safe place or access point where allowed and will record the delivery. Shipments that cannot be delivered are returned to the sender at the applicable rate.
6. Customs
You appoint us and our brokers as your agent to make customs declarations on your behalf. Duties, taxes and fees assessed by authorities are payable by the party chosen at booking. If they are unpaid, we may recover them from you together with storage and return costs.
7. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in the refunds and claims policy: USD 100 per shipment unless declared-value insurance was purchased, and to the declared value where it was. We are not liable for delay, consequential loss, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, customs action and carrier failure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Payment
Payment is due at booking unless you hold a business account with agreed terms. Overdue business invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month, and we may hold shipments until the account is settled.
9. Website use
You may use the website to obtain quotes, book and track shipments. You must not misuse it, attempt to access other customers’ data or copy its content for commercial use. Tracking data is provided for the sender and recipient of the shipment concerned.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force on the date of booking applies to that shipment. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, unless the law of your place of residence gives you additional rights.
