Overview
Simple parcel shipping with a clear price
Every parcel quote is built from three things: the zone it travels to, its chargeable weight and the speed you choose. We show transport, fuel and any surcharge separately, so the price you see is the price you pay. Duties and taxes for international parcels are set by the destination and billed separately.
- Up to 150 lb per piece, 108 inches in length
- Door-to-door pickup or drop-off at our facility
- Signature on delivery and proof of delivery online
- Declared-value insurance available at booking

Good to know
Packing and labelling
Use a sturdy box with at least two inches of cushioning around the contents, seal every seam with packing tape and attach the label flat on the largest face. For international parcels add the commercial invoice in a pouch on the outside. Restricted items such as lithium batteries, aerosols and perishables need a note at booking so we can route them correctly.

Questions
Frequently asked
How is the price calculated?
By zone, chargeable weight and speed. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and dimensional weight (length x width x height in inches divided by 139). A fuel and network surcharge is added as a percentage, and residential or oversize handling as flat fees when they apply.
Can I ship to a PO box?
Within the United States, yes, on Economy and Standard. Express and international parcels need a street address and a phone number for the recipient.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Report it within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Standard liability is included; declared-value insurance raises the cover. See Refunds and claims for the full process and timelines.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday delivery is available on Express within the United States for a surcharge. Economy and Standard deliver on business days.
